It’s important you understand what services and products we’re able to supply you with. That is why we’ve made sure to give you the answers you need so you’ll be positive you’ve made the right decision choosing to work with us. 1. How can I make an order?

You can order by e-mail or fax. In addition, we will open an online store soon, so you might be able to order online in the future.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

In general, we do require T/T in advance or check. For some circumstance, we accept PayPal and credit card. Please check our service policies for details.

3. Do you ship to my country and what is the shipping cost?

We proudly ship worldwide.  You can choose your own carrier or use ours. Please email us for specific delivery information and shipping cost applied to different countries.

4. When will my order arrive?

The regular leading time for a custom order is 15 business days. For items in stock, we will ship within 1-3 business days. UPS, FedEx or DHL express delivery takes 3-7 days. If you choose shipping by sea, it takes 15-45 days to arrive.

5. Can I have a free sample?

We only provide free samples of limited products.

6. What is the minimum order?

It depends on the products and inventory.  We mainly do wholesale.

7. Can I be a distributor or retailer of your products?

We express warm welcome for customers from all over the world to be our partners. We are looking forward to establishing extensive cooperation with you to develop the international market.

8. Do you have branch office oversea?

We are setting up a new branch office in the United States.

9. How can I get news of your products?

We release newsletter regularly. Please subscribe to get newest information!

10. What’s your return and exchange policy?

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products.
