How to make an order 

For most of the customized order, you may contact us by e-mail or fax or using our online contact form.  Our online shop only provides limited inventory for retail clients.  All information received is protected strictly at all time. For details, please check our privacy policy.

Payment Term

We do require all the orders to be paid T/T in advance. Personal/Business checks are accepted only in North America.  For some circumstances, we do accept PayPal. We are not responsible for bank transaction fee (International wire transfer: $25-$45) or PayPal commission fees (4.1%) nor international trade fees including but not limited to: Duty, Tax, Brokerage.

 Shipping and Delivery

The general lead time for customized order is 15 business days. We make sure you receive your order as soon as possible. You can choose any shipping way you like, but we do recommend UPS or FedEx Global Express.  To prevent fraud, we require a signature for all the shipments at our discretion. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched.
Approximate delivery time: 15-45 days (sea), 3-7 days (FedEx / UPS / DHL)

Minimum Order & Free Sample

Each product has different MOQ requirement. Free sample and a sample order is negotiable.

Return and Exchange

Only defective product may be returned within 30 days after delivery for either refund or exchange.  All the returned goods should be returned in their original packaging with a note explaining the reason for return.  Please contact us before returning. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.
